The history of the private enterprise "BMZ-Beton" is the history of the Svetlovodsk plant of structures for pre-assembled buildings.
March 19, 1980. On this day, according to order No. 35 of the Ministry of Energy and Electrification, the Svetlovodsk KBMZ plant was put into operation. It is safe to say with confidence that from this moment in the energy construction and the country began the countdown of a new era in industrial and civil construction - the high-speed construction of industrial, administrative, residential, and other buildings of high factory readiness.
In September 80th, shops and services were organized: molding, reinforcement with a section for embedded parts, assembly, and shipment workshop.
In June 1981, a concrete mixing unit was put into operation.
While mastering the capacities of the 1st and 2nd technological lines at the plant, the installation of the 3rd technological line, which was launched in September 1982, was carried out in parallel.
In 1983-84, construction and installation of equipment were carried out on 4 and 5 technological lines, which were commissioned in 1985.
Along with this, the finished product warehouse was expanded.
From the first steps of the plant's existence, the introduction and improvement of advanced technology and modification of BMZ structures were carried out. So in 1984, mineral wool slabs, which are very time-consuming to use, as a heater was replaced by polystyrene blocks, taking into account the requirements of labor protection and the environment.
In May-June 1986, the plant took an active part in eliminating the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant and ensured the fulfillment of orders ahead of schedule, in accordance with the assignment of the VPO "Soyuzenergostroyprom".
In 1990-1991, the construction of the 6th and 7th lines and the building of the administrative building was completed, the production of expanded polystyrene blocks was being developed.
2004 is the year of new promising solutions and developments, new atypical projects. In particular, a number of structures of steel-reinforced concrete beams, columns, crossbars for multi-span buildings, metal crossbars and columns, connections for the construction of building frames were developed and designed. This made it possible to improve planning solutions for objects under construction from BMZ structures.
2006 - put into production and have long found widespread use of the frame structure of multi-storey buildings according to the 1.020.1-2c / 89 series. The structures of this series allow the construction of multi-storey buildings up to 16 floors in areas with seismicity up to 6 points and up to 9 floors in 9 point seismicity.
2016 - developed, designed, and integrated into the construct with the structures of BMZ reinforced concrete, insulated cover slab 15x3 (m) with the possibility of using an overhead crane. Today the enterprise continues its stable work, expanding the sales market for its products, increasing the growth of production and sales volumes.
